Louisville releases its FY 2010/2011 Annual Report
Even though the competition for meetings, conventions and trade shows remains tough with Indianapolis and Nashville, the Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau had another excellent fiscal year in 2010/2011. As you will read from our annual report we achieved most every sales, marketing and services goal established by our Commission. Our numbers are independently audited and verified to insure their accuracy. Tourism in 2010/2011 generated $1.7B in direct spending in Louisville while sustaining 22,000 tourism related jobs.
