The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau 5 year Strategic Plan was developed in 2007. The objectives of the Strategic Plan was developed in 2007. The objectives of the Strategic Plan have specific tactics associated with them. Plus the objectives are an integral part of the Bureau's Annual Marketing Plan.
The CVB Commissioners and Senior Management team continually update this plan to reflect the evolution of the Bureau's growth.
